Rio Pinar is an established single-family community that has established a long-standing presence in the Orlando area. Its namesake, the Rio Pinar Golf Club, has been a fixture on the Orlando landscape since the early 1960s. Many of the homes surrounding the community were built in the mid-1970s and The Villages feature newer homes built in the mid-2000s. The homes range in size, age, and design with exterior elevations varying from traditional to ranch-style.
The community reflects Old World Florida charm with mature trees and lush landscaping. Many of the homes have been renovated with updated kitchens finished in granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and center islands; some homes have private pools, covered patios, and fenced backyards. The family-friendly neighborhood is beautifully maintained and clean despite having no governing HOA and no monthly dues.
The Rio Pinar community spans two square miles bordered by major roads of Lake Underhill, South Goldenrod, and South Econlockhatchee. Rio Pinar homes range in size from around 1,100 square feet to over 6,000 square feet, and boast proximity to several parks, nature preserves, and recreational facilities. Rio Pinar Estates is a neighborhood of homes offering an assortment of beautiful styles, varying sizes and affordable prices to choose from, ranging in square footage around 2,000 square feet.
